SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Makeup Forever Philippines ships to most addresses in the Philippines covering the following areas:

  • Metro Manila
  • Luzon (Batangas, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Bataan, Benguet, Zambales)
  • Visayas (Iloilo, Cebu, Negros Occidental)
  • Mindanao (Misamis Oriental, Davao del Norte, Davao del Sur)

After successful payment, items are usually delivered within the following schedule:

Metro Manila 2 days
Provincial Areas (Outside Metro Manila) 3-8 days

 

Note:All items ordered on this site will be shipped with our trusted local courier partners. We do not allow orders to be picked up at any location.

***Orders for delivery outside the Philippines are currently not accepted.***

Shipping is FREE on all online orders above 2000 PHP. For orders below PHP2,000 we apply a nominal charge of Php120 for Metro Manila and Provincial/Outside Metro Manila deliveries.  

In the event that the recipient is not able to receive the package on delivery date, our local courier will re-deliver the items up to 2 times only and failure to receive the package after 3 times will prompt the courier to return the package to MAKE UP FOR EVER Philippines.

Shipping Liability

Makeup Forever Philippines shall not be held liable for any delays while in the possession of the local courier.

Limited Returns Policy

MAKE UP FOR EVER will gladly exchange any unused products purchased due to errors on our part such as wrong shade/product sent from order ONLY.

Damaged items/Exchange requests must be reported to customercare@makeupforever.ph within five (5) working days upon receipt of item, accompanied by a valid receipt. We will provide you shipping instructions for your return package. MAKE UP FOR EVER Philippines will bear the cost of the return shipping, handling charges and re-delivery of the correct item.

At this time, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for any orders other than explicit errors on our part. Once an order has been placed, it can no longer be cancelled.

Products purchased on customercare@makeupforever.ph cannot be returned to a MAKE UP FOR EVER boutique. All products must be returned to the retailer through which it was purchased.
